1- GyroFlow: A Shortcut to Statistically Steady-State Gyrokinetic Turbulence via Flow MatchingT2arXiv AI/CL/LG(论文)
Gyrokinetic simulations require resolving expensive transient dynamics before reaching statistically steady states. This paper introduces GyroFlow, a latent generative model based on flow matching that directly generates steady-state snapshots of gyrokinetic turbulence in 5D phase space, bypassing explicit time evolution. Conditioned on dimensionless operating parameters, it outperforms autoregressive, reduced-order, and other generative approaches while providing substantial speedup. A new metric FGyD, computed in the latent space of a pretrained gyrokinetic model, correlates with downstream flux accuracy and solver convergence. GyroFlow can also warm-start the numerical solver.

1- Lobsters Community Successfully Migrates to SQLite: A Win for Single-Server ArchitectureT2Simon Willison 博客(Atom)
The tech community site Lobsters has completed its database migration from MariaDB to SQLite, after about 8 years of planning and implementation. Post-migration, CPU and memory usage decreased, response speed improved, and VPS costs were halved. The Rails application now runs on a single VPS with a primary SQLite database file of only 3.8GB. The migration PR involved 30 commits across 188 files, adding 735 lines and removing 593 lines. This case study highlights SQLite's strong performance in single-server scenarios in 2026.

1- Real World VoiceEQ: Measuring the Human Quality of Voice AIT1Hugging Face:Blog(RSS)
Hugging Face introduces Real World VoiceEQ, a benchmark designed to objectively evaluate the naturalness and human-likeness of speech generated by voice AI systems. It uses multi-dimensional metrics covering prosody, clarity, emotional expression, and more, enabling developers to compare model performance and advance towards more natural human-computer interaction.

1- GitHub Dependabot Adds Cooldown Period: Waits at Least Three Days After New ReleaseT2Simon Willison 博客(Atom)
GitHub's automated dependency update tool, Dependabot, now waits at least three days after a new version appears in its registry before opening a version update pull request. This cooldown aims to reduce compatibility issues from immediate updates, giving developers time to assess stability. The change is effective by default for all repositories using Dependabot version updates.
