  1. GEO-Flag: Detecting and Measuring GEO-Optimized Web Content
    T2arXiv AI/CL/LG(论文)

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) modifies web content to increase its likelihood of being selected and cited by generative search engines, potentially amplifying low-authority or false information. This paper introduces GEOFlagBench, a benchmark of 3,200 webpages spanning 400 queries, four domains, and eight GEO optimizer families, to systematically evaluate detection methods. The strongest baseline achieves an aggregate F1 of 0.880 but reveals authorship-related shortcuts. The authors propose Intervention-Paired Training (IPT), which improves F1 from 0.862 to 0.944 and worst-group accuracy from 0.725 to 0.883 on ModernBERT. They also develop a GEO-gated Agent system for auditing Source Tier and verifiability of citation URLs. Deployed on 1,000 real-user queries with 10,095 available pages, the estimated overall GEO prevalence is 8.90%, reaching 16.36% among pages modified in 2026.

  2. Non-Crossing Deep Quantile Regression for Distributional Survival Prediction
    T2arXiv AI/CL/LG(论文)

Survival analysis often misses how covariates affect early versus late failure times because hazard- or mean-based summaries collapse variation into one number. This paper introduces Censored Non-crossing Quantile (CNQ), a framework that jointly estimates multiple conditional survival quantiles under right censoring while guaranteeing valid ordering by construction. Using Kolmogorov-Arnold and Transformer backbones, it also provides a finite-sample excess-risk bound across all quantile levels. Across 27 simulation settings and six cohorts, CNQ lowers pinball loss whenever the conditional distribution is asymmetric and achieves closer-to-nominal interval coverage. In METABRIC and FLCHAIN case studies, it recovers covariate effects that vary across the survival distribution and are hidden by a single hazard ratio.

  3. Neurosymbolic Embodied Agents: Factoring Long-Horizon Household Tasks into Visual Exploration and Constrained Symbolic Planning
    T2arXiv AI/CL/LG(论文)

Language and vision-language models generate plausible embodied plans but do not guarantee executability, as their outputs can violate environment dynamics or act on incorrectly grounded entities. We present a neurosymbolic agent that factors long-horizon household tasks into task-directed visual exploration and constrained symbolic planning. In the first phase, a vision-language model and exploration harness acquire goal-relevant predicates and instance bindings from egocentric observations and grounded interactions, producing a symbolic initial state. In the second, a PDDL transition model restricts decoding to tokens that extend applicable actions. Monte Carlo tree search then evaluates executable continuations using a domain-independent planning heuristic. The resulting plans are executable by construction under the transition model, with transfer to the environment conditioned on correct visual grounding. On VirtualHome and ALFWorld, open 4B-27B models exceed 90% success in both environments, and our smallest agent substantially outperforms a 27B direct visual policy in each. Constraints and search prove complementary rather than interchangeable: in ALFWorld either alone solves under a third of tasks, whereas their combination solves over 95%. The method also uses several times fewer generated tokens than extended thinking and far fewer model-visible images than direct interaction, and residual failures localize to state acquisition rather than plan generation without any specialized training.

  4. Quipu: A Governed Bitemporal Knowledge Graph Store That Turns Audits Into Queries
    T2arXiv AI/CL/LG(论文)

The paper presents Quipu, an embeddable knowledge-graph store designed for agent-driven writes. It inverts four defaults of human-curated stores: no fact enters without passing a gate that evaluates the pending post-state; data, trust labels, verdicts, and rules are all bitemporal; named graphs become the unit of authority and trust, composed under a lattice whose invariant is that composition never widens; and the governance specification, trace, and signed verdicts are themselves facts in the store, making audit T ⊨ Σ a query. Evaluated on Census and DEMM-Bench, Quipu eliminates planted defects, re-derives all satisfied verdicts faithfully as of their instant, and surfaces a live enforcement gap that the audit names with its remediation.

  5. Spectral Gaps of Hit-and-Run: Reducing Dimension Complexity from Cubic to Nearly Quadratic
    T2arXiv AI/CL/LG(论文)

This paper studies the Hit-and-Run Markov chain for sampling from convex bodies. The authors prove that for any convex body containing a unit ball, the spectral gap is Ω(1/(n² C_PI)), where C_PI is the Poincaré constant of the uniform distribution. This yields convergence to within χ² divergence ε in O(n² C_PI log(M/ε)) steps from any starting distribution, refining the earlier O(n² R² log(M/ε)) bound of Lovász and Vempala that depends on the outer radius R. For nearly isotropic bodies, combined with progress on the KLS conjecture, the complexity becomes O(n² log n log(M/ε)), improving the dimension dependence from cubic to nearly quadratic. The proof connects the spectral gap to functional isoperimetric constants via duality and calculus, unlike previous conductance-based arguments. The same technique also applies to Coordinate Hit-and-Run, giving a much improved mixing time O(n³ C_PI log(M/ε)).

  6. AutoSR: Automatic Symbolic Regression by Searching Research States
    T2arXiv AI/CL/LG(论文)

This paper introduces AutoSR, a fully automated symbolic regression system that instantiates Research-Space Symbolic Regression by searching persistent scientific investigations rather than isolated equations. Traditional methods merely optimize expressions and discard research records; AutoSR preserves candidate equations alongside reasoning, computational evidence, and independent review in a "Research State", and uses progressive-widening Monte Carlo tree search (PW-MCTS) to allocate computation. Across nine benchmark challenges, AutoSR recovers algebraically equivalent relations in every case, including three cp3-bench problems no published system has solved. AutoSR extends symbolic regression from equation-level search toward automated scientific investigation, allowing scientific knowledge and accumulated evidence to shape both exploration and final justification.

  7. Steering the Flow: Inverting Face Recognition Models via Gradient-Guided Flow Matching
    T2arXiv AI/CL/LG(论文)

Model Inversion Attacks (MIAs) aim to reconstruct representative training samples of target identities from face recognition models, exposing critical security vulnerabilities. Existing methods rely on indirect or highly stochastic guidance, making it difficult to stably optimize generation trajectories. This paper proposes SFMI, a two-stage white-box inversion method: Stage I pre-trains a generic unconditional Flow Matching model to encode the human face manifold as a robust prior; Stage II introduces a Progressive Guidance Scheduler (PGS) that injects time-dependent target-specific gradients during sampling. By backpropagating through the target model to obtain gradients from intermediate generated states, PGS adaptively steers the generative flow from random noise toward high-density regions of the target class. On CelebA with ArcFace target, SFMI achieves ACC 0.9248, FID 22.61, LPIPS 0.3874, and competitive state-of-the-art performance across multiple target models in white-box settings.

  8. Analytical-Prior Framework for Data-Efficient Prediction of Sound-Reduction Frequencies in Rectangular Side-Branch Helmholtz Resonators
    T2arXiv AI/CL/LG(论文)

High-fidelity finite-element simulations are accurate but expensive, and purely data-driven surrogates become unreliable with scarce labelled data. This study proposes an analytical-prior learning framework: retaining the analytical model at inference to learn only the residual, or distilling the analytical mapping into a learned prior before fine-tuning. On 86 simulation-labelled geometries and 8,998 analytical-only geometries, residual SVR reduces MAE from 3.375 Hz to 0.426 Hz, while analytical-prior pretrained MLP with full fine-tuning achieves 0.371 Hz. Across 20-70 training budgets, both routes consistently improve data efficiency.
